Hello, this is Francisco Alba. I want to start a new income stream for the year 2012. I want to start a real estate income stream. I think this is a great idea. I know I can earn money investing in real estate.

I read many books. I took several real estate courses. I am ready to try and practice the ideas I learned! I want to invest in the city of New York, NY. Investing here should be a great idea.

What strategy will I use for my real estate investments? I think I should start with lease options. This is a real estate strategy. It is a great strategy to use during a down market. This idea should create immediate and monthly income cash flow .

Buy Real State
Real estate investing is a great idea today. Real estate for sale prices are low. This is good because you can buy real estate listings for less. You don't need a real estate licence to buy real estate. You can buy real estate rentals and hold the property  until the price appreciates. Then you can sell the house and earn a high profit.

 Rehab Real estate
Another real estate investing strategy is to rehab properties. You Buy real estate for sale at low prices , fix the house and then sell the house for a higher price. You can earn a huge profit with this strategy!
